Our Wines

With their good structure and fine crimson colour, our Bordeaux Supérieurs are really pleasant wines to drink.

The merlot dominant variety offers extraordinary fruitiness with mellow tannins resulting in supple wines that are easy to drink. The cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc gives a good structure to the wine.

Aromas of tropical fruits and red fruits give a complex bouquet. All these features offer a wine that can be enjoyed with red meats and barbecues.

Some TIPS :
  • Red wines should be opened a few hours before the meal (for young wines) and served just before for older vintages.
  • The use of a decanter is highly recommended : This will allow the wines to fully express its aromas.
  • The wine should be served between 18° and 20° or at room temperature.
  • Your wines will age better in a cellar without major variations in temperature, not too much light, with good hydrometric and aeration control.
